If for some reason the User/Customer is not satisfied with the item received, they mayreturn it within 14 calendar days of the day of receipt. In this case, the costs shall be borne by the sender.

Returns will be accepted if the item is in the original state in which it was received, bearing all the markings (labels, etc.) with which it was received, and with proof of purchase.

Security of Transactions
All payments made with card are processed through STRIPE electronic payment platform and use AES encryption (secure sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its assigned recipient, who can decode it by using the appropriate key. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines.
